====== Force Local/Offline User Installation ======

For standalone installation / with local account:

  - Pull network cable
  - Shift+F10
  - In Command Prompt type: OOBE\BYPASSNRO

Computer will restart and let you go through the setup (location, keyboard, etc.) again.
Now you can select option: "I have no Internet Connection".
