Use the following steps to build a project for another architecture:

Move into the project folder and do a cleanup:
  idf.py fullclean
Make a backup of the project folder
  cd ..
  cp -r LCR-meter/ LCR-meter-backup
Move into the project folder and change the architecture:
  cd LCR-meter
  idf.py set-target esp32c3

Setup project configuration
When setting the target several project settings are returned to defaults. Use **idf.py menuconfig** to check and change settings:
  idf.py menuconfig
  
  Change partition settings to: "Custom partition table CSV"
  Enable ESP-TLS Server
  Enable ESP_HTTPS_SERVER component
  Change Serial Flasher config: Flash size (2 MB)  ---> 4 MB
  Change HTTP Server: Max HTTP Request Header Length 512 --> 1014

Rebuild the project  
  idf.py build
Check the USB port used by the new board, by running the following command and (un)plugging the USB connector:
  sudo udevadm monitor -u
Further we assume that port /dev/ttyUSB0 is being used:
Do a full flash:
  idf.py -p /dev/ttyUSB0 flash
